Terms of Service

PLAYER SOCIAL RULES

No discrimination allowed (including, but not limited to, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and nationality). This includes slurs or blatantly offensive communication.
No aggravated harassment, bullying, or having a disregard for respecting another player.
No sharing or seeking out another player's personal information including, but not limited to, impersonating admin/staff.
No sharing or using explicit resources or content that would not be deemed suitable for other players and environments.
No sharing passwords or account information for any reason.
No sharing or advertising of other games was not appropriate.
No flooding or purposely trying to overload the server to bother players and staff.

ACCOUNT VIOLATIONS

Each individual is allowed only a single account. Any additional account will result in a permanent user ban for all accounts.
No Real Money Trading, this includes any kind of trade including, but not limited to a real-world currency, real-world item exchanges, another game currency, or anything that is not included within the game mechanics.
No Buying, Selling, or Trading accounts, this includes sharing an account with another user.
No Evading a ban, creating another account if banned will not be allowed.

CHEATING/EXPLOITING BUGS/UNINTENTIONAL GAME MECHANICS

No using or sharing scripts that compromise gameplay fairness, including but not limited to macros, pulling player information, or circumventing captcha.
No exploiting bugs or unintentional gameplay mechanics (users are expected to report bugs found to staff for further investigation).
No attempting to have someone else use, cheats or exploits as well as sharing any found cheats or exploits to anyone, excluding staff/admins.

PAYMENTS AND IN-GAME TRANSACTIONS

No refunds are eligible for in-game purchases.
